Brookby Farm Animals

Muscovy ducks

Harold & Sophie

Harold turned up on our doorstep – dropped and unwanted. He had such a wagging tail personality that we decided to adopt him. With an attitude and preference to girls, we totally fell in love with him. Sophie was gifted to us by one of our lovely neighbours. She is gentle and such an elegant lady duck.

Guinea Fowls

They are our noisy residents. Always warning us if intruders are about to come close.

Turkeys

One of the biggest ground walking birds. They astound you with their beauty when it’s mating time and quietly walks about…well until the kids starts laughing or making a noise. Joining in the fun and communication is what they love.

Runner ducks

These little white ‘agents’ are always milling around ready to go together where ever they get led too.

Chickens

Our lovely hens are shavers and lay some beautiful eggs for us. The rooster walks about guarding them and showing off his beautiful colours.

Sheep

Our flock of sheep are always happy to greet our visitors.
