We can host up to 120 guests indoors and 150 for indoor/outdoor weddings in summer.
You’ll have a dedicated event manager to make your day seamless and ensure all the details are looked after.
Transform the venue into the look you’ve been dreaming of. Keep it simple and enjoy nature, or transform the barn into your own wonderland. The versatility of the barn and grounds is limitless. There are a number of ceremony locations and stunning natural backdrops for your wedding photography.

- Exclusive use of the Brookby Barn Venue and grounds from 8am to 11pm.**
- A Venue Manager to assist and oversee the venue, H&S and to assist with general info, set up and pack down.
- Farm Animal tour of 30 min. Photos, feeding and petting (Price of venue hireage is the same regardless)
- 3x Food & Drink Macrocarpa slabs on wine barrels
- 8x rectangular tables (indoors only) 1.2 x 800cm
- 10x square tables (indoors only 800 x 800cm
- 90x chairs
- 5x outdoor umbrellas (3m in diameter)
- 5x outdoor picnic tables (can seat 6 to 8 people)
- Includes use of kitchen for prep work (no cooking allowed)
- 10L Hot water Urn
- Audio Visual System
- 1x Microphone
- Littlies indoor play area (only upon request)

- Cutlery, Crockery (Client needs to hire in or bring disposable)
- Glassware/Wine & Champagne Glasses (Client to hire in or bring disposable)
- Wooden food Platters @$10 each
- Catering: BYO – Foodtrucks & spit bbq’s welcome (outdoors only)
- BYO drinks – Corkage fee $10 p/p
- Cleaning & Rubbish Removal can be booked at an extra fee of $300
- 2x Heaters @ $60 each

- Please note the kitchen has fridges that can be used to store cold beverages and cake. No cooking allowed in the kitchen, only preparation of food ie. salads, sandwiches etc.
T&C’s:
**These times above includes set up and pack up, clean up and exit by these times.
Booking Deposit 50% of venue hire to confirm your booking. Full payment of the balance is payable 2 weeks prior to your event.
Should you cancel your event within 2 weeks before your event, you will forfeit your booking deposit.
